You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

- Place a new order once your return is approved

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the standard return conditions:

- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
